Passionate about empowering people through artisan training, Rozanne is committed to building South Africa’s skilled workforce, fostering job creation, and ensuring that trainees are equipped with both the technical competence and workplace confidence needed to succeed.

Michelle van der Spuy is an internationally qualified Welding Specialist and Inspector with extensive experience across fabrication, inspection, and welding coordination. She has worked on major projects in South Africa and abroad, supporting industries such as power generation, mining, and structural engineering. Her expertise includes ISO 3834 system implementation, welding procedure development, welder performance qualification, and quality control inspections. With a proven track record in both technical excellence and client-focused consultancy, Michelle ensures that welding standards and quality requirements are consistently met, helping companies achieve compliance, efficiency, and long-term operational success.

Amos brings over a decade of hands-on experience in welding, electrical engineering, and mechanical fitting. Certified in welding and electrical engineering, he has worked with leading companies including Bosal Africa, J.C.B. Baroka Tshipitsekogolo, and Hydroplant Silverton. His expertise spans a wide range of welding techniques (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, OAW), fabrication, and pipe fitting, supported by strong problem-solving, safety, and leadership skills. As a disciplined professional with a passion for precision and teamwork, Amos continues to apply his technical knowledge and supervisory capabilities to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Financial Administrator & Training Coordinator
Anzel Swanepoel is an experienced Financial Administrator and Training Coordinator with a strong background in finance, administration, and skills development. She has extensive expertise in managing accounts, reconciliations, payroll, and compliance, while also coordinating accredited training programmes and learner support. With qualifications in Accounting Science, Supervisory Techniques, and Facilitation, Anzel combines financial acumen with people-focused training coordination to deliver efficiency, accuracy, and professional excellence.
Silence Nyiko Mashaba
Welder & Training Facilitator
Silence Nyiko Mashaba is a qualified welder and certified International Fillet Welder (MIG/MAG – Carbon Steel) with hands-on experience in welding, fabrication, and training. He has worked in both industry and education, including as a Welding Facilitator at Cosmo Training Academy. In addition to his trade test competency, Silence is accredited in facilitation and outcomes-based assessment (NQF Level 5), enabling him to guide and evaluate learners effectively. Passionate about skills development, he combines technical expertise with a commitment to empowering the next generation of artisans.
Frans Kennard
Welder & Training Facilitator
Frans Kennard is a dedicated Welder with hands-on experience in fabrication and welding processes, including MMAW, GMAW, GTAW, and OAW techniques. Currently completing his trade through Turnmill Proquip Engineering, he has built strong skills in welding codes, quality inspection, and the fabrication of both plate and pipe components. Known for his reliability, eagerness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work, Frans brings energy and precision to every project.

G. Pelser is a skilled Training Assistant and certified welder with international qualifications in GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW fillet welding on carbon steel. Currently supporting training delivery at Cosmo Training Academy, Pelser combines hands-on welding expertise with strong administrative and customer service skills. Experienced in welding assistance, training administration, stock control, and safety compliance, Pelser plays a key role in ensuring smooth training operations and supporting both learners and facilitators.
