Rozanne Herion is an internationally qualified Welding Specialist, a qualified welder and highly experienced facilitator, assessor, moderator, and trade test practitioner. With a background in welding and fabrication technology, she has spent over a decade developing and delivering technical training aligned with QCTO, NAMB, and SETA standards. Her expertise spans welding instruction, curriculum development, skills assessments, and workplace readiness programs. Passionate about empowering people through artisan training, Rozanne is committed to building South Africa’s skilled workforce, fostering job creation, and ensuring that trainees are equipped with both the technical competence and workplace confidence needed to succeed.

Christie Jonker is an experienced and highly organised professional with extensive experience in accounts management, customer service, administration, debtors management, compliance and operational support. Since 2018, she has served as an Accounts & Customer Manager at JFA² Technical Training Institution, where she supports management, oversees student and customer administration, manages accounts and debtors, and assists with training and examination processes.

Christie brings strong expertise in financial administration, customer relations, reporting, systems administration and process management, together with experience in supporting staff and maintaining compliance with organisational requirements. Her background also includes managing teams, developing administrative processes, handling complex customer matters and working with confidential information.

Known for her professional, reliable and solutions-focused approach, Christie is committed to delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong administrative standards and contributing to the efficient operation and continued success of the organisation.
